Service Description

The World Health Organization classifies Burn-out as a syndrome resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. It is characterised by three dimensions: - feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion; - increased mental distance or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one's job; and - reduced professional efficacy. Anti-Burnout coaching will educate, guide and support you to prevent, manage or recharge from Burnout. We work to eliminate symptoms and build long-term physical, mental and emotional resilience.
