Hi, I’m Shamin. A seasoned Learning & Development Consultant and Coach with over 13 years of leadership experience in Retail, Tech and Ecommerce. 

For the past 13 years I’ve worked with organizations, leaders, teams and invididuals across the globe studying workplaces and amplifying wellbeing and performance.  

I’ve journeyed through the challenges of corporate burnout, experiencing the disappointment of not fitting the conventional mold of success. Yet, I’ve also savored the liberating essence of collaborative partnerships, bolstered by unwavering support and belief in my capabilities from visionary leaders. This journey has taught me that there’s a more fulfilling approach to our work than sheer effort alone. What we truly require is collaboration, conscious action and alignment with our innate talents.
